What do you need to know?

  • To keep the freshness of meals, after receiving put your boxes immediately into the fridge
  • Some meals taste better after heated. Look for the information on the cover: “heat before eating”
  • Black boxes can be heated in the microwave – just gently open the end of the plastic cover and reheat you meal for few minutes in the microwave
  • WARNING! Sometimes you can find additional plastic dressing cup (they are not useful for heating so please take it out) - check before re-heating
  • All packagings are recyclable
  • Don’t forget to hydrate – drink at least 1.5 L of water
  • To achieve the best result eat your meals every +/- 3 hours a day. Match meal times to your daily schedule.
    For example:
  • breakfast – 9:00
  • morning snack - 11:30
  • lunch - 13:30
  • afternoon snack - 16:00
  • dinner - 19:00
